Hyatt seeks a Senior Manager, Central Services, Growth & Performance to join our growing Central Services team, where you’ll be focused on educating stakeholders on the value of Hyatt’s Central Servies programs (Field Marketing, Central Revenue Management and Central Sales Management) and how they can help hotels to achieve their goals. The Role
The Sr. Manager, Central Services, Growth & Engagement will work alongside the Central Services teams to grow the program footprint across non-participating hotels. This position will remain closely engaged with the Central Services performance, scope of service and deliverables to be a spokesperson for all services – bringing in discipline experts when necessary. This role will grow the program’s footprint by hosting “pitch calls” with potential clients – who may include, Owners, Operators, General Managers, Directors of Sales, etc. This position will also be responsible for leading an internal awareness campaign across both the Franchise & Managed Organizations to ensure key internal stakeholders are aware of Central Services programs, performance and value contribution.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint and be capable of creating documents, working charts, and spreadsheets. Interpersonal and presentation skills are of utmost importance for this position.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
•A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
•Refined verbal and written communication skill
•3+ years of progressive Hotel Sales, Marketing or Revenue Management experience
•Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint and be capable of creating documents, working charts, and spreadsheet.
•Demonstrates ability to effectively interact with people of diverse background
•Service oriented style with professional presentation skill
•Ability to travel as required on a regional basis – 15-20%
Experience Preferred:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Previous experience in multiple positions within 1 or more Commercial Services function would be preferred but not required

The salary range for this position is $83,200 to $120,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
