POSITION OVERVIEW
The Coordinator, Membership Service and Ticket Operations is responsible for cultivating and
maintaining long-lasting relationships with Dream Elite Season Ticket Members through emails, phone
calls and personal contact, while tracking touch points in CRM. This position is focused on retention and
provides world class customer service, while also engaging in cross selling and sales referrals.
Furthermore, this role is responsible for key ticket operations functions and assists the Senior Manager,
Ticket Operations with comp ticket management, reporting, general customer service, and other
responsibilities she sees fit.
Essential Functions
The Coordinator, Membership Service and Ticket Operations is responsible for cultivating and
maintaining long-lasting relationships with Dream Elite Season Ticket Members through emails, phone
calls and personal contact, while tracking touch points in CRM. This position is focused on retention and
provides world class customer service, while also engaging in cross selling and sales referrals.
Furthermore, this role is responsible for key ticket operations functions and assists the Senior Manager,
Ticket Operations with comp ticket management, reporting, general customer service, and other
responsibilities she sees fit.
Essential Functions
- Assist Sr. Manager of Ticket Operations with Reporting – WTD, YTD, Mid-Month, Month End,League Reporting
- Assist Sr. Manager of Ticket Operations with Comp Ticket Management
- Answer questions pertaining to Atlanta Dream Account Manager, Gameday information, and general customer service.
- Assistance with Fan Experience Packages
- Assistance with pick up/distribution of Group Seating add-ons.
- Manage 400 Dream Elite Member (Season Ticket Member) accounts, anticipating and resolving all Season Ticket Member needs, requests, and inquiries to drive high renewal rates and individual client upsells with a passion for customer care
- Create a constant communication loop with all Dream Elite Member (Season Ticket Member) accounts to ensure they have all information related to membership (including upcoming events, payments, special promotions)
- Develop a strategic client engagement strategy tailored to account needs including but not limited to face-to-face visits, out of office meetings, presentations, phone calls, handwritten notes, emails, and premium client experiences on special occasions
- Find opportunities to go above & beyond for Dream Elite Member special occasions to
- Send out invitations and collect RSVPs for all Fan Experience Packages and Dream Elite monthly events
- Track all account activity in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Troubleshoot all ticketing problems
- Process payments for STMs
- Troubleshoot all ticketing problems

- Archtics Experience or some general ticketing systems knowledge
