Key Responsibilities:

Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction.

Collaborate with service and repair teams to coordinate job details and timelines.

Prepare accurate and detailed estimates to guide successful project execution.

Conduct post-job evaluations, driving improvements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Manage customer communication, keeping them informed and resolving any concerns.

Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Partner with technicians, warehouse teams, and staff to ensure smooth operations.

3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite/Google Workspace.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

Knowledge of the Central Arkansas area is a plus.
