As an Information Technology Analyst III you will design, implement, analyze, and modify new and existing business intelligence programs/systems for business or patient care needs. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of analytics-related servers and/or applications. You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components. In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology.

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with SQL, on either Microsoft or Oracle platforms
• Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
• Minimum of 5 years’ combined data analytics and healthcare experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Suite
  
  
• Familiar with:
  • Business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Programming languages
  
  
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Expertise in ITIL best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Master’s degree

Salary Range:

$85,500-$139,000/Annual
