Job Title: Electronic and Final Assembly Technician
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay: $18/hour


Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team in the rapidly growing electronics and advanced manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent high school or trade school graduates looking to launch their careers. As an Assembly Technician, you will receive paid training and industry-standard certification, all while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment. You will report directly to the Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of assembly operations, including making sub-assemblies, component boards, solder connections, preparing parts, and building top-level assemblies.
  • Read and interpret simple wiring diagrams and pictorial drawings to assemble units.
  • Utilize a range of hand tools such as long nose pliers, diagonal cutters, screwdrivers, soldering irons, wrenches, air screwdrivers, and nut drivers to mount components and make precise solder connections.
  • Operate automated testing and auto-placement equipment to ensure assembly quality.
  • Handle shipping and receiving functions, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of units to verify adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality policies.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Essential Requirements:


Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and movement within the workspace.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport materials or objects weighing between 10-50 lbs.
  • Occasional pushing and pulling of materials or objects.
  • Manual dexterity and hand/finger coordination to handle small components and tools.

Non-Physical Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail, with the ability to concentrate on tasks for extended periods.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills and techniques.
