Your New Role

  • Schedule: Work from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch, plus on-call and overtime as needed
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Meet and exceed technician KPIs and company goals
    • Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring complete satisfaction
    • Perform HVAC system inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs
    • Use pricing guides accurately and explain membership options to clients
    • Train apprentices and ensure adherence to company standards
    • Maintain a spotless, organized company vehicle and job site
    • Actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and company events

  • EPA Certification: Valid and current
  • Experience: at least 2 years of HVAC experience with proven skills in maintenance and repair
  • Skills: Proficient in testing, inspecting, and servicing HVAC components
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to establish rapport with clients, explain services, and offer membership options
  • Clean Record: Drug-free, valid driver’s license, and passable background check
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US
