We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Backend Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. Your main role will be to oversee and optimize our customer support operations by training and managing new chat agents, conducting quality control in chats, and ensuring the smooth operation of our backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new customer support agents (Chatter).
- Conduct regular quality control reviews in chats to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and scripts to improve team productivity.
- Provide constructive feedback to chat agents for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to optimize backend processes.
- Handle administrative and operational backend tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English at a C2/native level (mandatory).
- Fast typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
- Highly reliable and able to work independently.
- Must have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
- Available to work during US daytime hours or European daytime hours.
- 40 hours per week commitment (6–8 hours daily, 6 days a week).
- A part-time schedule is possible only for students who can commit to full-time hours within a few months.
