Character Performance: Play the role of Le Petit Chef, an animated character, and interact with guests during the dining experience. Use humor, charm, and theatrical flair to enhance the dining experience and make each guest feel part of the story.
Engage with Guests: Create memorable, interactive moments with guests throughout their meal, from welcoming them to engaging them during the various stages of the dining experience.
Immersive Storytelling: Actively participate in the restaurant’s interactive dining story, guiding guests through the experience with humor, energy, and enthusiasm.
Timing and Delivery: Perform with impeccable timing, ensuring the experience flows seamlessly while maintaining the pacing of the show. Work in sync with audio/visual cues, projections, and lighting to bring the character to life.
Personalization: Tailor interactions to individual guest groups, ensuring each experience feels unique and personal.
Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other performers, chefs, and the front-of-house team to create a unified and immersive experience.
Maintain Character: Consistently stay in character throughout the performance, embodying the fun and whimsical nature of Le Petit Chef.
Guest Engagement & Safety: Ensure all guest interactions are positive, fun, and respectful while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, including handling unexpected interactions or technical issues while keeping the show moving smoothly.
Assist in Set-Up and Breakdown: Help with the setup and breakdown of any required props, equipment, or staging areas before and after the performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in acting, live performance, or a similar role in interactive entertainment, theme parks, or immersive dining experiences is preferred.
- Performance Skills: Strong acting skills, with the ability to improvise and interact with guests in a fun, engaging, and professional manner.
- Energy & Enthusiasm: A high-energy, engaging personality with a natural ability to captivate and entertain diverse audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong sense of comedic timing.
- Customer Service Orientation: A passion for guest interaction and the ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere through performance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to maintain high energy throughout the duration of the performance and engage with guests in an interactive, energetic manner.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and improvise if necessary while staying true to the character and experience.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other performers, staff, and management to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
