THE WORK

This position is in support of the Integration & Advanced Development programs within the Undersea Warfare market segment. Program Financial Analyst responsibilities include overall quality and timely submittal of contract financial deliverables, internal financial reporting and analysis, program FP&A forecasting (Financial Planning and Analysis) and ensuring audit readiness across all aspects of the program. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) is required for this role.

Role is hybrid located in Manassas, VA

Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college.
– Finance competencies as evidenced by related work experience in program finance and/or F&BO functions
– Demonstrated ability to present financial status/issues to leadership and customers.
– Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
– Business systems and processes (SAP, Cobra, Hyperion, Microsoft Suite).
Desired Skills:
– Experience w/ Cost Type Level of Effort Contracts
– Analysis/Detail Oriented, Independent Self-Starter
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; expertise in Microsoft Excel
– Earned Value Management principles knowledge

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
