Caviar Russe, opened in 1997, specializing in caviar pared with contemporary and refined cuisine, earning it a Michelin star for the past 8 years in a row. Downstairs, the newly opened Bar, features an extensive raw bar selection and a menu consisting of “bites.” Upstairs, in the formal dining room, we offer a multi course seasonal tasting menu.
