Retail Director of National Accounts

Position Responsibilities:

• This role is accountable for developing a team leading best in class relationships with a specified list of national and regional retailers, leveraging our portfolio to influence and shape key retailer decisions
• Responsible for delivering continuous portfolio growth, and leveraging cross functional relationships to achieve goals.
• Leads joint business planning processes that align RBG and supplier growth with customer strategy
• Stewards account executive and field execution leader teams monthly retailer planning processes
• Acts as internal Reyes Beverage Group customer expert, providing input based on customer strategies/insights
• Partners with field sales organization and senior customer operations leadership to communicate and execute HQ agreed programming and incremental opportunities at scale
• Other duties as assigned
