Description

Responsible for Finance Corporate Support, the candidate will be assisting different Corporate areas in the review/analysis of various financial statements and management reports, budgeting, financial strategies, business plans, FTE needs, and any other financially related matters. The candidate must present analysis on a continuous basis and recommend courses of action to each of the various areas we support. This candidate will work on a team that serve as the financial liaisons between Finance and other Corporate areas including but not limited to the BHSF Foundation, Human Resources, Consumer Access, Patient Experience, Revenue Cycle, Construction Bio-Med & Plant Operations, Graduate Medical Education, Baptist Health Academics, International, Supply Chain, Marketing, Insurance, Risk Management, Legal, Strategic Planning, Government & Community Relations, Audit & Compliance, Tax, Corporate Administration, Treasury & Investments, and the Project Management Office. Estimated salary range for this position is $57630.42 – $74919.55 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or business related field.
• Minimum of five years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Must possess working knowledge of financial and general accounting principles.
• Strong financial analytical skills required.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
• Able to handle a variety of assignments and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Advanced skills with MS Excel, and proficient with MS Word, and Microsoft Office software programs required.
• Must posses ability to develop and manipulate user specific reports using BHSF financial software tools.
• PeopleSoft, Strata, Tableau, and/or Power BI experience preferred.
• Motivated to learn and willingness to tackle a variety of assignments.
