This Talent Casting Coordinator position is an hourly administrative role supporting the Disney Live Entertainment Talent Casting, Booking, and Contracts team. Some of the areas that this position could support are contracting, talent payments, audition planning, booking talent, scheduling, and tracking interactions with talent.

You will report to the Talent Integration Manager.
This is a Full Time role.
Responsibilities/You May:
- Provide excellent client service and administrative support for Casting and Booking Directors, the Talent Casting leadership team, entertainment operating areas, event and convention production teams, and creative partners
- Communicate (both written and verbal) with all talent and internal partners
- Must be able to work in a confidential work environment handling sensitive information
- Receive, preview, and log promotional materials, while organizing and processing documentation with a focus on the convention/special event business
- Contracts: Assist in the contract lifecycle for booked talent across the Disneyland Resort and beyond. This will include tracking requests; drafting agreements using pre-approved templates; and, processing payments based on those contracts.
- Booking: Assist in ongoing communications with new and existing contracted talent and resort partners; schedule and arrange new talent auditions; booking venues; manage the talent database; collaborate with creative teams on new entertainment offerings, participate in scouting new talent in the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Casting: Assist in scheduling and arranging auditions, book audition venues, communicate with talent, resort partners, and the unions; manage the talent database; collaborate with creative teams on new entertainment offerings, participate in outreach to colleges and universities, manage communications between all partners.
- Other assigned tasks
Basic Qualification/You Have:
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience navigating Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, Teams, and Zoom
- Proofreading and professional telephone skills when communicating with talent agents, managers, and talent
- Experience providing excellent Guest Service
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work outside regular business hours (nights, weekends, holidays) as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in Entertainment
- Experience with the terms and conditions of various labor contracts as applicable
- Experience creating reports from raw data
- Proficiency in SAP and Jira
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of contractual language and processing
Education:
- High school degree or equivalent experience required
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Arts/Entertainment field preferred

The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA is $28.00-$30.80 per hour. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
