Outpatient Oncology-Elkton, MD-Casual NP/PA

ChristianaCare is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Elkton Oncology practice. This is a Casual position requiring to work 8 hours per week and no on-call coverage. The hours can be very flexible if necessary. The selected candidate will work alongside support staff and 1 Physician. New providers are welcome to apply contingent on approval from clinicians.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse -NP or graduate from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program and have NCCPA certification

Licensure or license eligible as a physician assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse – FNP or AGNP as set forth by the state of Maryland

Prescriptive authority required in Maryland

Certification in BLS

Hem/Onc experience preferred

At least 3 years of provider experience preferred
