Responsibilities:
- Generate advertising revenue through developing new prospects and selling the merits of our omni channel multi platforms.
- Implements strategies to consistently grow and exceed revenue goals.
- Establish relationships with local business community to drive new business.
- Build marketing/business presentations to prospective clients.
- Utilize market knowledge to develop strategies for new business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Provide clients with rationale regarding advertising placement across all platforms.
- Work with clients and station personnel to develop advertisements.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Minimum one year’s experience in sales, preferably in the media field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in developing long-range objectives and implementing strategies and actions to achieve them.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing trends and innovations.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Compensation – $70,000 + commission
