Digital Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell Nexstar’s Digital & Streaming products/ services directly to local and regional businesses operating in multiple markets.
• Sell Nexstar’s White-Label digital products/ services to boutique and regional agencies.
• Develop and execute go-to-market marketing and advertising strategies and tactics that result in meeting and exceeding customers goals campaign goals.
• Research client products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities for marketing and advertising campaigns
• Establish, maintain, and grow meaningful relationships with internal teams and client teams.
• Ability to articulate benefits of various advertising platforms including Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Streaming, Search and Social, and other emerging ad tech tactics and platforms
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced and deadline-oriented business.

Requirements & Skills:

• BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
• 3+ years of digital media sales preferred
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Significant knowledge of the digital marketing product/ services offering and effective use for clients
• Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environment
• Effective communication and client presentation skills
• Ability to interact with high-level decision makers
• Solid Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process
• Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Meaningful contributor in sales meetings on digital marketing topics (ex. best practice sharing, industry trends)
