Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: On-site, Craig, AK

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists to join the team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, demonstrating expertise in rehabilitation practices and ensuring a safe, supportive, and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical function, mobility, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, home exercises, and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Alaska.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
