Job Summary
Summary:
Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of an assigned facility, location or group of locations. Evaluates all current and new compliance regulations, reviews company processes, and leads training session.

Essential Functions:
-Oversee all location operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
-Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
-Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
-Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
-Ensures preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment are followed and completed timely.
-Key lead role on emergency preparedness planning team.
-Participates in staff hiring, work allocation, training, performance management, including required documentation, as well as other supervisory functions.
-Monitor, problem-solve and implement quality improvement initiatives that support program goals.

Associate’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Facilities Maintenance Experience 5-7 years required, and Supervisory Experience 1-2 years required and Safety Compliance 1-2 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
– Knowledgeable with general building maintenance, safety requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards.
– Ability to effectively communicate with peers, co-workers and service providers.
– Good time management and organizational skills.
– Strong project management skills.
– Display strong leadership and communication skills to clearly manage and oversee program staff.
– Solid computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
