** We are seeking a responsible and nurturing part-time babysitter to assist with our family needs in Newark, NJ. You will primarily provide support for our two children, a 2.5-year-old girl and an 8-month-old boy.
This role includes supervising one or both children while I prepare dinner and handle bath time. Occasionally, I may require your help with child-related tasks such as cleaning up after the kids’ dinner or their play area.
The current arrangement is for 2 hours a week, approximately from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, with flexible days.
Additional hours may be available over the summer. It is important to be comfortable around dogs, as we have a timid 25lb rescue dog on the premises; however, you will not need to interact with her as she stays in my bedroom.
