Beverage Supervisor (Eldorado Scioto Downs – Columbus, OH)

• Assist the shift manager in training, discipline and evaluation of security department employees
• Assist in the planning of the security department needs and goals, and the methodology to employ to ensure success
• Screen and interview applicants for employment, know the hiring process
• Directly supervise the Security Officers in the performance of their duties, and assist and advise the manager in the training, discipline and evaluation of security department employees
• Ensure that all subordinates are accurately trained in policies and procedures
• Assist the shift manager with emergency situations
• Providing First-Aid, CPR and AED to guests, employees and visitors
• Complete professional accurate reports
• Conducts new employee training
• Complete tours of the property and all areas to identify underage guests, safety hazards, property damage, areas of concern and potential conflict
• Assist in the cleanliness and order of the property by picking up litter and pushing in chairs
• All other duties as assigned
