Nurse Practitioner – Archview Services

 Education

• Master’s of Nursing degree required. 

Experience

• 6 – 12 months of experience working in a clinic as a nurse practitioner preferred.
• Pulmonary experience, required.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• CPR certification (BLS, PALS, ACLS).
• Advance Practice Nurse licensed in the state of IL.
• Controlled substance license and DEA license. 
• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of IL and Board Certification (i.e. ANCC).

FLSA Statement:

This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Employees in non-exempt positions are entitled to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a workweek in accordance with state and federal regulations.
