Description:Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Systems Engineer. This position requires a candidate with strong problem solving, technical writing, and communication skills focused on supporting United States Air Force and Navy software/systems engineering programs. The candidate will support systems engineering task areas to include use case development, requirements analysis/management, risk management, systems engineering documentation, CONOPS development, trade studies, and data analysis. Additionally, the candidate will support software testing developing test cases, identifying required test data, executing test cases, capturing discrepancy reports, communicating findings with software team, capturing and communicating test metrics, and supporting customer discrepancy out briefs. The candidate must be able to work within a team environment under supervision from senior engineers. Work location will be in Valley Forge, PA
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM degree.
– Familiarity with developing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures using MBSE tools and techniques for software programs.
– Familiarity with performing software and/or systems integration and testing of software applications in the integration lab including virtualized environments.
– Familiarity with Agile concepts and team executions.
– Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
– Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment
– Must have Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
– Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Desired Skills:
– Experience with Requirements Development, Analysis or Management
– Familiarity with Integration and Test of Web Applications
– Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using Python, or Java
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
