Your New Role:

The IT Training Lead will play a critical role in planning and executing our cybersecurity awareness strategy and roadmap. This role ensures continuous education on cybersecurity threats and how we can protect ourselves and our digital infrastructure (applications, systems, networks, and data). The ideal candidate has a passion for designing effective adult learning, a talent for developing engaging documentation, and exceptional communication skills. This position involves creating engaging and informative eLearning modules, micro-learning content, and various marketing, communication, and educational materials to promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization.



Your Role Accountabilities:

PROGRAM PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness roadmap and create actionable plans to support the cybersecurity awareness program.

  • Collaborate with GICS partners to identify needs, ensure consistent messaging, and alignment with organizational goals.

CONTENT CREATION & DELIVERY

  • Create and deliver eLearning modules and micro-learning content focused on cybersecurity awareness.

  • Design and execute marketing and communication campaigns to promote cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

PROGRAM EVALUATION & IMPROVEMENTS


  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness programs and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices to ensure content is relevant and accurate.

  • Act as a Change Champion, driving the adoption of cybersecurity best practices and fostering a culture of continuous education and awareness.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering eLearning and micro-learning content.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and marketing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a must (Examples: Articulate, Camtasia, Workday Learning).
  • Strong graphic design background.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite of products.

Not Required but preferred experience:


  • Knowledge of media, entertainment, and technology industries

  • Experience working in a national or global company

  • Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)

  • Comfortable in working in highly iterative environment
