Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Presentation and Graphic Design Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join our Experiential Marketing team in Renton, Washington.


The Experiential Marketing team creates tailored participatory physical experiences, interactive digital content, and other creative consulting initiatives that positively transform relationships, accelerate business, and ignite passion for Boeing in the minds of our customers, partners, and employees.

The Presentation and Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for developing visually compelling and highly effective presentations for marketing leadership, providing organizational presentation expertise, and designing graphic design content for the experiential marketing team. A successful candidate will have an eye for design to take complex ideas and turn them into easily digestible visuals and presentations that communicate in clear and focused ways. In addition, they will have a proactive mindset and be comfortable with collaborating across every level from individual contributor to C-Level executives.



In this highly visible role, the presentations and content that this individual creates will be used to promote the value of Boeing’s products and communicate aviation market information that will be viewed by airline leadership as well as aviation industry decision makers from around the world.

To be considered for this position you will be required to prepare a portfolio demonstrating a range of presentation and graphic design work as well as a clear demonstration of the development strategy across different themes and audiences as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.



Position Responsibilities:

Executive Presentation Design


  • Collaborate and partner closely with senior leadership and marketing teams to create professional, high-impact, and visually compelling presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Visualize, design, and execute presentations that communicate complex ideas in clear, focused ways
  • Ensure all deliverables are the highest creative standards and adhere to Boeing brand standards
  • Think conceptually and proactively, able to manage multiple projects at the same time, and quickly pivot in new directions if needed

Organization Presentation Expert

  • Provide presentation design expertise and consulting on best practices with a strong emphasis on storytelling, visual design, and technical expertise in PowerPoint
  • Innovate and experiment with new techniques to elevate the design of presentations and digital content within the organization
  • Stay up to date on current presentation, visual storytelling, and design trends to continuously improve the quality of work delivered

Experiential Marketing Graphic Design


  • Develop compelling graphic and visual content and strategy for a variety of digital, physical, and immersive formats including (but not limited to) interactive touchscreens, mobile devices, printed materials, and physical activations
  • Create content with a strong understanding of messaging and visual storytelling
  • Build relationships with subject matter experts, marketing, and leadership to become knowledgeable on Boeing programs, products, and priorities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • 5+ years’ experience as a graphic designer or similar role within a corporate or agency setting
  • 5+ years’ experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
  • 3+ years of experience in developing graphics, interactive content, and visuals for products and services

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MBA or related Master’s degree in a relevant field such as graphic design
  • Familiarity with the aviation or other highly technical industry
  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and narrative development abilities

Typical Education/Experience:


Senior (Level 4)



Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).



Senior (Level 5)



Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years’ related work experience, 19 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.


Summary pay range for Level 4: $122,000 – $133,000

Summary pay range for Level 5: $145,000 – $158,500
