Leader is functional owner of logistics systems products and services, delivery services relationship management, UI, UX and change management to drive the success of our logistics solutions regionally within NA, APAC and EMEA.

Leader is project lead and delivery owner for all logistics projects and maintenance requests that optimize spend and mitigate risk; in line with the corporate strategy as well as contributing to the customer business strategy and plans. Helping the team make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.



Leader is responsible to analyze TWDC $400M (FY23) in annual transportation spend and propose services and projects that optimize cost through utilization of system tools and processes, with full ownership of delivering on ROI value.

What Will You Do?


  • Program Owner of logistics end-to-end Systems: Strategic direction in support of business goals and deadlines
  • Program Owner of all technical and functional deployment and performance (business and tech support services)
  • Manage Software Development Lifecycle for the SPI team and third-party developers for first level, ensuring regular communication with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Tracking progress of program, managing risks and issues
  • Managing budgets and cost estimates
  • Logistics Product/Business Functional Owner: Business Architecture; ORACLE liaison new feature functionality; Functional Roadmap development; Operational feasibility – strategic fit, who benefits, can we support, cost ownership, labor and processes; Systems Support/Maint. Service Delivery – CIP Lead, Business documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
  • User Interface (UI) Design, Configuration/Manit. and User Experience (UX) Owner: Roadmap; Screen set and menu configuration; Agents – setup, functional test; User guides and training program; Branding; External/Internal Integrations Design/ Engagement Owner
  • User/LOB (Line of Business) Engagement Owner: Discovery project; Ops Feasibility/Impact; Level 1/Help Desk support; Change management program lead; User provisioning.
  • Logistics Projects Business Owner: Project Lead, Delivery Owner; Agile testing partnership with EBS, iterations and signoffs; UAT lead and use-case creation; Tracking, CIP and delivering on ROI value
  • Ownership ongoing/ day to day systems initiatives: Business requirements sign-off; Project approval of ROI and finance sign-off; Release schedule sign-off and status updates; Financial savings value proposition, logistics finance sign-off if CAPEX
  • Lead and guide the Systems, Process and Integration Managers and Business Analysts in charge of requests for system maintenance requests and incident resolution with conduct full life-cycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7 or more years’ experience with Oracle OTM, Oracle applications or equivalent, Agile, SQL, Cloud systems and software.
  • Highly skilled in Oracle /TMS experience
  • Strong analytical, project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of a range of systems including but not limited to ERP’s, SAP financials, WMS, SMC, Process Weaver and Third-Party logistics.


Education:

  • BS degree: Information Systems or Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Project Management (PMP), Business Analysis (CBAP) certification P), ITIL, Six Sigma and supply chain a plus.
