Contra is looking for a Community Support Lead, located in Toronto, Canada, to join our team. You’ll be responsible for providing world class support for our growing freelancer and company customer base. This role involves performing support tasks.

  • Provide support to users and address any issues or questions they may have.
  • Efficiently manage and execute daily operations tasks.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, maintaining high-quality standards.
