Federal Express, Inc.

Manage company’s indirect air carrier standard security program (IACSSP) and certified cargo screening program (CCSP), which are regulated by the transportation security administration (TSA), to ensure company wide compliance.
  • Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with TSA and similar regulatory or law enforcement agencies.
  • Responsible for managing company’s IACSSP and CCSP.
  • Maintains TSA IACSSP management system, adding and updating all vendor information and vetting of all customers for known shipper status.
  • Performs audits of IAC stations for adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Manages establishment of new CCSP facilities.
  • Coordinates and/or conducts training on CCSP cargo screening procedures and practices.
  • Updates and maintains database of customers qualifying for known shipper status with TSAR.
  • Provides guidance to employees when dealing with questions of regulation and policy about TSA and other government agency requirements.
  • Maintains reference libraries and materials regarding TSA and related transportation security issues for company.
  • Files various TSA applications. Coordinates background screening of company applicants for security threat assessment.
  • Develops and maintains operational processes, procedures and policies relating to transportation security.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of security experience with TSA matters required.
  • Detailed knowledge of TSA IACSSP and CCSP required.
  • Must be able to pass a TSA security background check.
  • Must have on call availability 24/7 for TSA inquiries.
  • Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.
  • Extensive travel required.


Preferred Qualifications: Position is remote and open to Gardena, Memphis, Miami, Fort Worth, Elk Grove and Atlanta. Day shift


Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.



Pay: $57,836.04-$131,686.00/ Annually
