Salary: $85,000 to $115,000
Description:
This role as Private Wealth Associate Attorney will focus on estate and charitable planning, tax-exempt organizations, business succession planning, and tax-related transactions. The associate will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and family enterprises to develop tailored legal strategies. Responsibilities will include:
- Advising on corporate, LLC, and partnership structures.
- Estate Planning, and Tax Counsel.
- Fiduciary litigation or dispute resolution.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Required & Preferred Skills
- LL.M. in Taxation required.
- 1-3 years of experience in private wealth, estate, and tax planning.
- Strong academic credentials and legal research abilities.
- Excellent document drafting and transactional skills.
- Florida Bar Membership required.
- Experience in fiduciary litigation or dispute resolution is a plus.
