Fenix Outdoor North America
Fenix Outdoor is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations by tracking purchase orders, coordinating inbound shipments, and supporting warehouse receiving processes.
This is a full-time, hourly position based in either Aurora, CO or Louisville, CO.

The anticipated wage for this person is $24.04-$25.96
per hour (approx.. $50,000-$54,000 annually).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining purchase orders, coordinating with freight forwarders, and providing essential support to internal teams to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Purchase Order Management
- Enter purchase orders into the Fenix Outdoor ERP for US and Canada
- Update and maintain purchase order dates, prices, and quantities, including PO splits
- Verify inbound shipment quantities and submit discrepancies for evaluation
Inbound Shipping & Coordination
- Track inbound shipments and update ship logs as needed
- Follow up with freight forwarders and vendors to obtain missing shipment documents
- Provide packing slips to warehouse receiving departments and release PO’s into the WMS
- Notify the Allocations Department of received shipments
Data Management & Reporting
- Upload stock data into the WMS
- Help build and maintain inbound shipping reports
- Collaborate with the finance team to approve receiving discrepancies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Assist other departments with inbound-related questions
- Work with global cross-functional teams and cultures to coordinate freight and transportation
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive logistics professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational efficiency.
Experience and technical skills
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems is a plus
