The Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Co-Brand Guest Experience & Operations reporting to the Senior Manager, Credit Card & Gift Card Marketing.
This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
This position will partner with sales, guest services, marketing, shipboard operations, IT and external partners to promote and manage the Royal Rewards (Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Silversea) co-brand products throughout their full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with bank regulation, operational excellence, and optimal guest experience This individual is responsible for the business aspects of supporting staff that promote the cards onboard & in the call center, plus the operations that drive rewards earn and redemption. This position is focused on tracking performance and revenue benefits associated with co-brand as well as continuously looking at ways to enhance the product roadmap to drive a better guest experience. This position will review new opportunities on an ongoing basis, be accountable for meeting product goals, and have well defined criteria to assess opportunities in an objective manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize co-brand sales and key points of guest interaction via onboard sales & Digital channels
- Identify product optimization opportunities related to delivery, technology, rewards redemption, and customer experience
- Lead operational strategy for rewards redemption and cardholder benefits deigned to maximize cardholder acquisition, engagement, and spend
- Manage day-to-day relationship with dedicated Bank of America stakeholders and onboard teams, guest services, call center, and IT
- Oversee operations, trainings, testing, system integrations, analysis and product development needs for co-brand
- Leverage strategic partnerships to expand cardholder benefits and manage those relationships effectively
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to forecast, manage and analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities and KPIs; manage integration initiatives to enable data sharing necessary for effective reporting
- Streamline operational processes to maximize revenue, including automation of reporting and ongoing analyses for sales, redemption, and breakage co-brand points to Executive Leadership
- Collaborate with third party vendors and agency partners on creative and content development for program
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Master’s preferred
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, payments experience required
- Strong relationship management and partnership skills
- Excellent communication skills – from peers to C-Suite
- Roll up your sleeves, go-getter mindset
- Passion for the Royal Caribbean brand – you love to cruise
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative, enthusiastic team player
- Willing to travel up to 10% of time onboard cruise ships
- Proficiency in with MS Work, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
