We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team at Lee Health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and be committed to delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
