The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of Violetto, Salvia, banquets, room service, and the bar, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service and guest satisfaction. This leader will work closely with the culinary, events, and hotel leadership teams to drive performance and enhance the guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team to deliver personalized, Forbes Five-Star level service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage areas including restaurant, lounge, banquets, room service, and bar.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and colleague engagement across all outlets.
- Create and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events team to design and execute innovative dining experiences and seasonal events.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations, as well as Hyatt brand standards.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous management experience in a Forbes-rated, Michelin-starred, or comparable luxury environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
- A passion for exceptional service, hospitality excellence, and colleague development.
- The ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations in a luxury environment.
