About Duke Health’s Patient Revenue Management Organization



Pursue your passion for caring with the Patient Revenue Management Organization, which is Duke Health’s fully integrated, centralized revenue cycle organization that supports the entire health system in streamlining the revenue cycle. This includes scheduling, registration, coding, billing, and other essential revenue functions.



Coordinate and participate in a var iety of duties associated with daily scheduling. Position also involves customer service, message clinic preparation process,patient identificat ion, patient check in/out, charge posting, cash distribution, ancillary scheduling and management and patient appointment preparation and referr alsmanagement.

Schedule work hours Monday-Friday 8:30- 5pm;Saturday rotation betweenthe hours of 8 am-2:30 pm;with possible overtime

Experience

Minimum of one year of work experiencein directly c ommunicating andproviding service to patients or public; preferably in a healthcarerelated field. Experience in effectively coordinating multipl e tasks oractivities.
