Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
- Accurately process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote hotel services, features, and local area attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold all Hyatt policies, standards, and procedures.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, required.
