How we LEAD:

This coordinator is a proactive and highly organized creative professional who supports the SVP of Creative and Creative Leads with end-to-end production logistics, talent sourcing, and administrative workflow. They serve as a key point of contact across departments and vendors, managing schedules, travel, call sheets, creative decks, and financial routing with precision and professionalism. With a strong eye for detail and a collaborative spirit, they help drive the creative process forward while gaining hands-on experience to grow into a future Creative Lead.

How You’ll Create:


Core Responsibilities

  • General admin support for SVP of Creative, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, submitting expenses, researching industry trends, workflow organization, maintaining team meeting invites, and other tasks as needed
  • Supporting the Creative Leads on projects and with general production tasks, including:
  • Booking travel for artists & team members
  • Assisting with talent sourcing (directors, photographers, designers, stylists, glam)
  • On set production duties for photo/content shoots
  • Drafting call sheets, requesting certificates of insurance, and assisting with distribution of on-set agreements (model/location releases, etc.)
  • Creating/editing resources such as creative pitch decks or one sheets
  • Sourcing/booking studios, including Western Studios, or alternate locations per creative
  • Set and prep for larger (more than 2-3 people) internal and external meetings, and handling media when needed
  • Update Artist Growth platform regarding production details
  • Attend production meeting and any other relevant meetings or calls as requested to take notes and distribute information to the department afterwards as needed
  • General Uniport support – acting as verbal go-between with Finance & vendors to request POs, help route invoices, set up new vendors and ensure communication w/ partners on payment status is clear and consistent
  • Working with external parties to ensure proper backup receipts are delivered to finance in an orderly manner
  • Acting as a point of contact for the dept and maintaining strong communication w/ other coordinators, support roles, creative partners & project managers

Peripheral Responsibilities


  • Acting as backup for key tasks such as routing creative assets to artist teams for edits/approvals, uploading final cover artwork for DSPs, and facilitating signatures on agreements via Docusign
  • Maintaining and distributing approved creative assets (in tandem w/ Creative Ops/Admin)
  • Keeping company roster on Monday.com updated w/ correct Creative Leads per project
  • Support team with building out creative mood boards/decks

Aspiring Responsibilities

  • Develop Creative Lead skills and act as right hand on projects, including owning and executing on key project elements
  • Pitch and build creative briefs to both internal and external creatives outlining all relevant project details and creative references
  • Help streamline workflows across the creative team and gain expertise on an ever-evolving creative production process

  • Production or other related creative experience (existing relationships/connections a plus but not required)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and additional Adobe programs desirable but not required

Salary Range:
$41,053 – $85,910
