Bar Porter – Part Time

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Bar Porters will assist Bartenders in shaping the guest experience through passion, style and personal spirit. Bar porters will help supply and maintain bar inventory, glassware, and other tasks as assigned. Bar porters must possess the desire to ensure complete guest fulfillment as it relates to the beverage experience. Service will be thoughtful and unobtrusive, yet focused and efficient.

The Bar Porter is responsible primarily for ensuring the bars are fully stocked. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

90 – Day Probationary Rate: $21.06

Hourly Rate: $24.78

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight required
• Previous food & beverage experience preferred
• Must be able to work alternating scheduled work shifts on any day of the week that may include early mornings, day shifts, evenings, holidays and weekends
• Must have valid Hawaii Liquor License
