You have a proven track record showing outstanding performance and continuous development and are interested to grow and work outside of your area of expertise (e.g. in other practices or regions).



We are looking for an Audit Associate (CPM). This hybrid position can be based in the following cities: Plano, TX., Atlanta, GA., or Iselin NJ.



Responsibilities:

  • Independently review project financials and provide assurance on commercial project management topics as a part of audit engagement teams
  • business processes, goals, and strategy in order to provide analysis and interpretation to management
  • Design and lead comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks
  • Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization.
  • Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team
  • Lead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement
  • Lead by example in challenging environments, be a career coach and mentor your fellow team members by sharing your expertise

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:


Basic qualifications:

  • 6 plus years of relevant project management, project controlling or other relevant operation and financial experience in industries like Siemens (technology, project and solution business) or comparable experience within Siemens or a ‘Big 4″ accounting or consulting firm.
  • BS/ BA or higher degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
  • Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, read, and interpret documents.
  • 6 plus years’ experience in leading project teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30% including internationally/domestically

Preferred qualifications:


  • Masters / MBA degree as well as CPA, ACCA or ACA qualification is highly preferred
  • 6 plus years’ experience ideally in an international environment and in-depth knowledge in project management and/ or project controlling (Agile, PMP certificate, PM@Siemens certificate).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowing additional languages is a plus

  • The pay range for this position is $104,100 – $178,400 and the incentive target will be 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
