This role is tied to a 5-year federal contract at the Atlantic City Airport. The ideal candidate should be open to relocation (with negotiable relocation assistance) and eager to contribute their expertise to a long-term project.

Your New Role

As an HVAC Design Engineer, you’ll bring your expertise to the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced HVAC and mechanical systems in a federal environment. Your role will focus on delivering efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engineering reports, calculations, and detailed design packages for HVAC systems
  • Oversee design and installation of systems such as chillers, DOAS, and BAS
  • Perform field inspections and review vendor submissions for compliance
  • Provide technical support and ensure quality throughout the construction process
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues with innovative solutions

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility to secure FAA Suitability/Public Trust Clearance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC/R system design and implementation.
  • Open to a temporary relocation to Atlantic City, NJ, with potential relocation support available.
