Essential Functions
- Utilize current and emerging technologies in evaluating trends to business models
- Develop insights and translate information into actionable initiatives to ensure business outcomes
- Participate and lead in the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation and support of quality assurance processes, systems, and quality technology solutions
- Evaluate and monitor healthcare quality processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation ensuring global excellence
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years’ experience in information technology support, engineering, or related environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage projects, prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals and respond to day-to-day functional needs
Experienced with Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence all levels within the organization
Ability to champion improvement through anticipation and identification of problems and development of effective and efficient solutions
Proficiency with statistical and quantitative analysis
Strong understanding of data validation, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications: Technical background in computer science, software engineering, database systems and distributed systems. Detailed knowledge of Power Bi and other large-scale data systems and deployments is highly preferred. Advise application owners on strategy for disposition and enhancements of applications. Work with the Healthcare Quality team to address IT-related challenges and meet departmental needs. Ability to translate customer needs into program functionality. Excellent communication and collaboration.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $5,364.26/month – $9,476.86/month (E25)
Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
