About the Role: Full-Time Front Desk Agent,

The Front Desk Agent at Red Lion Port Angeles in Washington plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The Front Desk Agent will handle reservations, provide information about the resort and local attractions, and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. By maintaining a high standard of professionalism and hospitality, the Front Desk Agent contributes significantly to the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Ultimately, this role is vital in fostering a positive image of the resort and encouraging repeat visits.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with property management software.
  • Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse range of guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling payments and issuing room keys.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the property management system.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for interacting with guests and providing excellent service. Organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks, such as handling reservations and maintaining accurate records.
