The team is looking for an exceptional TIPM (Technical Infrastructure Program Manager) on the Capacity Delivery Reliability team to drive on-time delivery of Networking rack orders to data centers globally across a portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understand of supply chains for hardware and high-level understanding of data center setup involving networking.

Key job responsibilities
– Manage a portfolio of hundreds of Networking rack orders ensuring on-time delivery by working with internal AWS teams to clear blockers in the supply chain and automation systems
– Develop reporting for internal Networking business partners on portfolio status of all demand in 13-week horizon
– Metrics reporting on program effectiveness and impact across the supply chain using Quicksight or Tableau
– Partner with materials and manufacturing teams to ensure supply is where we need it when we need it for on-time rack shipments
– Partner closely with Positions team to ensure we have adequate supportability in DCs for demand
– Partner with S&OP and NPI teams to ensure supportability of new product introduction and existing products over 13-wk horizon

A day in the life
– Check Quicksight & Tableau dashboards and internal AWS tools to triage rack fulfillment status
– Work with partners in S&OP, Materials, Manufacturing, New Product Introduction, Positions, and Networking to expedite, unblock, and fulfill orders
– Partner with SCos development teams for automation-related issues and to drive development of new features
– Attend business reviews at department and project level for different initiatives to support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


– Bachelor’s degree AND 3+ years of work experience in technical program management, process improvement, or project execution
– 3+ years of work experience in planning, operations or strategy-based roles
– Experience building dashboards in Quicksight or Tableau and using SQL to perform data analysis
– Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, etc.)
– Experience presenting to and writing documents/business reviews for senior leadership



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


– Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
– Anticipates, identifies and drives resolution of technical challenges and inter-dependencies to prevent downstream problems
– Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, adapts to change quickly

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
