We’re looking for a friendly, hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with more small business owners across the U.S. Your job is simple (but powerful): have real conversations and book qualified meetings with business owners who need better ways to run their companies.
You’d make a great fit for this role if…
- You love talking, asking questions, and making others feel comfortable.
- You get that small business owners are busy, stressed, and human. You know how to meet them where they are.
- You know how to keep conversations flowing and handle a little rejection without flinching.
- You can juggle a list of prospects, follow up consistently, and keep your pipeline clean.
- You don’t wait for someone to tell you to pick up the phone — you’re already dialing.
- You want to learn, get better, and grow your career in sales.

- Know a family member or friend who owns a small business and have heard about their struggles.
- Know the satisfaction of helping someone find a solution that genuinely makes their life easier.
- Have experience working with small businesses, contractors, or service-based industries.
- Have used CRMs or cold calling tools before.
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to a curated list of small service businesses.
- Be the first friendly voice a small business owner hears from us – and set the tone for a great experience.
- Start real conversations – not scripts. You’ll introduce ClearlyApps in a genuine, no-pressure way.
- Listen for fit – if the owner is feeling the pain we solve (disorganization, slow processes, frustration), book the meeting.
- Book qualified meetings for our senior team to take over. That’s it – you’re not closing deals. You’re opening the door.
- Use our CRM, call dialer, and email tools to stay organized and efficient.
What you’ll need:
- A computer, very reliable internet, headset, microphone, and a quiet environment.
- The ability to call between 10 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time.
