Sign-On for Eligible New Hires
Work location: 5750 West Vickery Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76107
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Travel: 25% to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
