We’re looking for an experienced freelance AI Automation Specialist to set up automation systems using Airtable, Make (Integromat), and Mailchimp.
Project Overview:
- Create digest email automations from Airtable form submissions using Make
- Build a centralized Airtable database for streamlined data management
- Auto-sort and tag new PR leads from email folders
- Send templated follow-up emails based on folder placement
- Implement automated tracking, reporting, and email tagging
- You’ll receive a detailed scope document and will be expected to execute workflows, offer recommendations, and build scalable systems.
- This is an ongoing opportunity with many more projects as the website evolves. You’ll also have the potential to assist with WordPress development, plugin integration, and incorporating Relevance AI or other agentic models.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Make (Integromat) and Airtable
- Strong expertise in Mailchimp, Google Sheets, and MS365 integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to execute a scoped project (estimated 20-25 hours for this first project)
Bonus:
- Experience with agentic AI (e.g., Dust or Relevance)
- WordPress web development knowledge
