Analyst, Streaming Strategy

Streaming Operations at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a n Analyst, Streaming Strategy to join our team! The role consists of supporting the strategy team by creating executive presentations, and fulfilling one-off requests, supporting the manager of the Operations & Streaming Strategy team. The work varies depending on what is needed at an operational level at any point in time.

ABOUT YOU:

You can effectively capture, clearly articulate market insights and create impactful presentations for upper management. You also have strong project management skills and can see tasks through to completion.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

• Support with presentations for c-suite executives requiring high attention to detail and basic design skills
• Support in the creation of workflow processes within key departments
• Maintain all department organizational documents including tracking documents, meeting notes, timeline, execution calendar, status sheets, etc.

• Support process and creation of strategic long range plan to define the objectives and actions necessary to achieve department goals
• Support with competitive analysis utilizing third party research tools
• Create/update content summaries and ultimately establish a repository of all one-sheets

• Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

• Create, maintain and update KPI and reporting packages to improve operational performance.
• Establish and maintain organized process to communicate data analysis/trends to various divisions; and provide pertinent support for external and/or internal requests.

YOU HAVE: (aka Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, project consulting, strategy and execution requiring extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint and Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v-lookups)

• Experience creating presentations for an executive audience
• Experience supporting holistic projects and proven strong process and project management skills
• Building commitment within the team.
