This position provides a great hands-on opportunity for students to learn about the basics of neuroscience research and observe various lab techniques, such as dissections, genotyping, RNA extractions, and tissue sectioning. The Student Researcher is encouraged to attend weekly journal club meetings where we discuss publications in great detail.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
At least sophomore standing in the life sciences at an accredited four-year college.
Ability to communicate well and follow instructions.
Ability to perform simple chemical calculations such as molarities and percentage.
