As a System Hardware Analyst III you will resolve problems and plan solutions to address business needs. You will also provide tactical direction for new initiatives. You will work to ensure stakeholder needs are satisfied in a high quality, cost effective and schedule compliant manner. In addition, you will perform relatively complex design, scripting, benchmark testing, analyzing, and documentation of infrastructure systems. The opportunity to participate in project implementation efforts with multidisciplinary technology teams will be an aspect of this role.

Essential Job Duties:


  • Acts as a point of contact for all system related client outages and issues. Provides assistance for managed services, on- premium hosted services, and systems administration. Provides and maintains security programs/applications to
  • protect confidential management data and communications.
  • Provides technical assistance, design and implement improved methods and tools for troubleshooting. Maintains
  • system performance as it relates to the current environment. Monitors system during day-to-day operations and investigates any deviation from baseline data.
  • Understands, evaluates and translates objectives into system requirements; Develops evaluation criteria to define
  • and quantify system performance.
  • Determines approach for systems’ implementation and ensure the integration of all systems’ components: procedures, policies, software, hardware and database.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of programming and hardware systems, peripheral products, conversion techniques,
  • configuration techniques, and performance enhancement methods.
  • Proficient in project management, manage enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Communicates effectively in both oral and written forms. Explains technical concepts to individuals and technical groups.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

This role is 100% on site reporting to NYP/Westchester, Monday – Friday, Day shift.

Preferred Criteria


  • Degree or major in Computer Science
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows 2007 and above, Linux, Mac, UNIX
  • Knowledge of Programming Languages: JavaScript, PHP, Python, C#, VBA, Shell Scripting etc.
  • Knowledge of Applications: MS Office, Exchange, MS Teams, Zoom, Epic, ServiceNow, Infoblox, Cisco Unified, Jamf, Grand Control, Imprivata
  • Knowledge of Networking: TCP/IP, Wireless, WAN, SMTP etc

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Five to seven years of previous work related experience

Salary Range:

$91,000-$125,000/Annual
