The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in coordinating sales and event activities. Manage correspondence and communication with clients and internal teams, maintain accurate records and databases, prepare reports and presentations as needed, provide administrative assistance to the Sales & Events department. This position will bring an opportunity for growth and preparation for Sales and/or Event Managment role.

Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or events
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
