WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide a combination of Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine at our Franciscan WorkingWell Clinic in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Candidate will find a strong mentorship amongst group.
WHAT WE NEED:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care. Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Must be certified/willing to become certified to conduct US Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- No call expectation
- Average outpatient volume: 25 – 30 patients per day
- Willing to obtain DOT certification
- Common Procedures:
- Exposures
- Lacerations
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Pre-employment, DOT, and Non-DOT physicals
- Sprain and strains
- Suturing, willing to learn
- Will read and interpret x-rays and EKG’s
- Strong mentorship

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree – Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required – or
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification – Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) – American Heart Association – Required
