Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities


  • Plan production with suppliers to keep inventory flowing smoothly across internal and Amazon FBA warehouses.
  • Forecast demand, improve accuracy in forecasts, and optimize inventory KPIs.
  • Coordinate shipments from manufacturing sites to warehouses and manage inventory replenishments via ERP & Amazon Seller Central.
  • Tackle inbound inventory issues at Amazon FBA warehouses.
  • Develop and analyze supply chain KPIs to enhance Amazon performance.
  • Support product launches and promotions with marketing and product teams.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives by refining operational processes and implementing automations.
  • Lead special Amazon operations projects, from launches to internal workflow enhancements.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Must-Haves:
    • 4–6 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management.
    • At least 2 years managing an Amazon business.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/IMS systems.
    • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.

  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • CPG or start-up experience.
    • Hands-on experience onboarding Amazon operations into ERP systems.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
